What happens after you pay: you will get an immediate confirmation email with the venue address, start time, what to bring and the PPE required. Delegate names can be sent over any time before the course — you do not need them at the point of booking.

Straight answer on certification: our trainers are experienced construction professionals, courses are properly structured and assessed, and delegates receive a CRP Construction Academy certificate of training as an in-house record of competence for your training matrix. We are working towards recognised scheme accreditation — if a specific scheme card is a contract requirement for your site, tell us before booking and we will be straight with you about whether we are the right fit.

Booking questions

How do I pay?

Open course places are paid by card at the point of booking through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. On-site closed courses are quoted and invoiced on standard terms.

Do you need delegate names when I book?

No. Book and pay for the places you need and send the names over any time before the course starts. If they change on the morning, that is fine too.

What if I need to cancel or move a booking?

Free transfer to another date up to 7 days before the course. Inside 7 days we will always try to help, but the place may not be refundable — full detail is in our booking conditions.

Can you run a course outside normal hours?

Yes. Early starts, late finishes and weekend delivery can all be arranged for on-site courses. Say so in your enquiry and we will price it.

Do you travel outside South Yorkshire?

Regularly. Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster and across Yorkshire is our core patch, but we travel further for group bookings — mileage is included in the quote so there are no surprises.

What do delegates need to bring?

Full site PPE for any course with a practical element — boots, hi-vis, hard hat, gloves and glasses. Your confirmation email will list anything course-specific.
