Privacy notice

CRP Construction Academy Limited is the data controller for the information collected through this website. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Enquiry and booking details — name, company, email, phone, site location and what you told us you need.
• Delegate details — names of people attending, for registers and certificates.
• Purchase details — what you bought and when. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, deliver training you have booked, issue certificates and records, supply digital products, and keep the accounting records we are legally required to keep. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Marketing

We will only send you marketing email if you have asked for it or are an existing customer of a similar service. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and we act on it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the business — our payment processor (Stripe), email and form providers, and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Training records and certificates are kept for 6 years, as delegates and their employers regularly need copies. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 24 months. Financial records are kept for 6 years as required by HMRC.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted where we have no ongoing need for it, and to object to certain processing. Email info@crpconstructionacademy.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
